"You are now in the midst of one of life’s most challenging moments. In death, your grief and loss are real and not to be minimized. We as the community of faith seek to accompany you in this time of sorrow and are saddened by your loss. Simultaneously, we confess and are given hope in the resurrection of the dead and life everlasting with Jesus Christ.

 

For our part, we will work with you to arrange the funeral or memorial service. I encourage you to remember that the service you now plan is worship to God who gave us life, forgiveness and the promise of eternity. While your loved one will be remembered in this service, they will be remembered as a child ofGod and most importantly we will remember what Jesus Christ did for them and for us. The pastor will work with you to shape a meaningful and hopeful service.God bless you with deep trust, an abiding hope, and faith that does not fail.
